To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received i.e no creases, fingerprints, marks or bends and all contents included.
Your item must be in the original packaging including the shipping box.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included with it.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within two working days of receipt. You will receive the credit within the timeframe stated on your card issuer's policies.
Sale or discounted items
Only full priced items may be returned, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you have been approved for a refund by us and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. First contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you are planning on returning the item within 14 days of receipt.
By Post : Please carefully wrap and package item in the same manner your received it or it will not be eligible for return. Please return your print in the cardboard shipping box/envelope you received it in. All postage charges for returns are to be paid by the customer. If your goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrectly shipped we will refund the cost of return shipping.
